Australian Resident's who wish to register for in person attendance can also register using this form. Australian Resident's who wish to attend virtually, should still register via the international registration.        
Australian Resident's who were previously registered for virtual and now wish to attend in person, should contact iawj2021auckland@theconferencecompany.com to change their registration.

COVID-19- Important information for delegates, speakers, and sponsors.
The organisers reserve the right in their sole discretion to convert the conference to a purely virtual format if there appears to be a real risk that Covid-19 alert levels may be other than Level 1 at the time of the conference. If this occurs on or before 26 April then registrants who were to attend in person will be informed of the decision to deliver the conference totally virtually and refunded the difference between the virtual and the in person registration fee. If a registrant chooses to cancel, then the normal cancellation fees will apply.

If a decision has been made before 26 April to continue with the in person conference but alert levels change on or after that date, the conference will be delivered virtually for all delegates. The full registration fee will be payable by in person delegates and no refund of any part of the registration fee will be able to be made as non-refundable expenditure will already have been incurred.

 The organisers will continue to monitor the situation and will take a precautionary approach to any alert level changes.

Please note: As capacity has been reached for in-person attendance for Friday, we are now only able to accept weekend only registrations. As a weekend only registrant, you will have access to view the Friday sessions via the virtual platform, either live streamed or on demand recordings.

Terms and Conditions

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%. 
  • Earlybird registration closes on 12 April 2021. If payment has not been received by this date then standard rates will apply. 
  • Full payment for registration fees must be received to secure your place at the Conference. 

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your registration on or prior to 15 March 2021 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of NZD$115.
  • If you cancel your registration from 16 March 2021 to 26 April 2021 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of NZD$225.
  • Cancellations made after 26 April 2021 are non-refundable.  
  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel the registration of any delegate or accompanying person, at any time (including during the conference), if, in their sole discretion, they consider that the presence of the delegate or accompanying person may mean that the smooth running of the conference may be disrupted. If cancellation occurs the person will not be able to attend any of the conference events. If cancellation occurs during the conference, the person must leave the conference venue or the venue of any associated events immediately on being informed of the cancellation. Refund of any cancelled registration fee is at the discretion of the organisers.
