Graduated from the University of Guanajuato; Master's in Constitutional Law from the Universities of Barcelona and Guanajuato; Master in Tax Law from the University of León; and doctoral student in Criminal Law at the Center for Postgraduate Studies.

Magistrate in the State of Querétaro. Mexico.

National President of the Mexican Association of Judges in Mexico. (2021-2022)

He has carried out various preparation, training and updating studies at the Federal Judiciary Institute, at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and at the Anahuac University.

She has also been a participant and moderator in various International Meetings Judging with a Gender Perspective organized by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation; as well as in the Third Regional Meeting for Latin America and the Caribbean, in the International Association of Women and Judges; and in the Meeting of Coordinators of Judges and Magistrates of the Judicial Power of the Federation, among others.

He has been a panelist at various debate tables and given various classes at the Institute of the Federal Judiciary; at the Autonomous University of Quintana Roo and at the Houses of Legal Culture in Cancun and Chetumal. He has given various lectures at the Museo Casa Chihuahua, in the Superior Court of Justice of Quintana Roo.
