Dr. Irina Graciela Cervantes Bravo has a law degree from the autonomous university of Nayarit o she graduated from law school at autonomous university of Nayarit. She obtained an academic merit award for the best GPA (Grade Point Average) of her class o generation. Dr Irina Cervantes has a master´s and doctorate degree from the Complutense University of Madrid Law School. She is a specialist in Procedural Law and Alternative Justice and a specialist in Constitutional Law and Political Science. Dr. Irina is a research professor at the Autonomous University of Nayarit Law School, and she is an invited professor at the Euro-American Didactic Center of Political Science and Constitutional Law in the University of Salento Italy.
Dr. Irina was an investigating judge from 2008 to 2009 at the Nayarit Electoral Court. In addition, she was a judge at the Colima Electoral Court from 2009 to 2012. She worked as a secretary of study and account at the presidency of the Constitutional Electoral Chamber of Nayarit Superior Court of Justice from 2011 to 2016. Since 2017, she is the presiding magistrate at the Nayarit Electoral Court, her period concluded in 2024. Dr. Irina gained the 2020 AMIJ award for her great jurisdictional career. She was a technical secretary at the Inter-institutional Doctorate in Law Academic Council from 2009 to 2013. She is a member of national researchers system, in which she is a level 1. She is a member of the Colombian Association of Constitutional Procedural Law. In addition, she is a member of the Ibero-American Constitutional Law Institute, and she is a coordinator at the central area of the Association of Electoral Magistrates.
Dr. Irina is an international speaker in countries such as Spain, Italy, France, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Panama, Ecuador, Peru, and Costa Rica.
