Aida Ahmed Baiyou

Aida Ahmed Baiyou, worked in the field of attorneys, then worked as an investigator in the Public Prosecution, and since 2007 she has worked as a judge in misdemeanors, then as a judge with the rank of advisor in the Court of Appeal.

Currently, she has been assigned as Director of the Human Rights Office at the Ministry of the Interior and in addition to her human rights work, she is also head of the board of directors of the Justice Bridge Organization for legal aid.

Her field of study is Criminal Law, and currently she is working on completing a PhD thesis in victim science at the University of Sfax, on the right of victims of violations to claim compensation.
